Q:  How can I record telephone conversations?
A:  To record a telephone conversation, you would need to create a 3-way call between you, MessageShuttle the 3rd party.  For information, see our Recording 3-Way Calls page.

Q:  What do I need to receive recorded messages?
A:  MessageShuttle can deliver recorded messages to any email account that accepts email attachments.  Recorded files are delivered as compact .wav files.  Encrypted attachments require special decryption software to open files.  Audio files can be played with a standard media player.

Q:  Where are my messages stored?
A:  When setting up an account, you will be sent login information to access files online through a web browser.

Q:  What operating systems will accept MessageShuttle files.
A:  Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7.  Windows Vista and Windows 7 require a audio codec that is available for download for free.

Q:  Can MessageShuttle audio files be transcribed with a foot pedal.
A:  Yes.  Since recorded messages are sent as compact .wav files, any standard foot pedal controlled wave player can be used to transcribe the files.
